super thirsty.. normal?
I'm 32+4 and recently I've been super thirsty. I'm averaging about 3 cups of water every 20 minutes or just downing water bottles (I'm also peeing like there's no tomorrow lol) my concern is this normal? even though I drink so much water I still feel like I'm not satisfied.. like my mouth is still super dry.
