Nap time?

Soooo my 7 month old sleeps through the night in her crib and usually goes down easily without any fussing, but nap time is a different story. She wants to be attached to my boob the whole time during nap and won’t let me put her down. Has anyone been in this situation and do you have any tips?

We set a nap time routine/schedule when my daughter hit 4 months. It was super easy to get her into the schedule but that’s because she didn’t have any bag sleep habits at that point. I stopped holding her while sleeping when she was about 2 months old at the latest. She’s always slept in her own sleep space. She’s never slept in a rocker or swing (we won’t even own them, actually lol). Promoting good sleep habits is so important so honestly, I’d just cut the cord and start making her sleep by herself in her own space. They need consistency too.

Same with me. My 5 month old drinks my expressed milk or formula from a bottle now but he will not nap without being held by me
