Clomid, baby dancing and insemination.

Okay I am CD 14, took clomid on CD 3-7 had sonogram on CD 11 have 3 follicles all 14mm in sizes, came back CD 13 was yesterday and still all not big enough. And I’ve been taking opk and I haven’t got my surge yet.

Now, My husband and I still been baby dancing, like everyday. Coz we don’t want to miss any of these swimmers lol... and I go back tomorrow for another follicles check. So, if those days my husband and I baby dancing, if one of the eggs got fertilized, would the doctor know and still do the insemination procedure?
