Miscarriage during second trimester last August. Very scared to lose another.

My boyfriend and I have been trying for a baby for a few months now. The whole month of November I missed my period and just got it the first week of December. My ovulation date for this month because of my missed period last month is now on my 21st birthday! I don’t drink as is because of a sugar issue I have so praying that my birthday gift is a little peanut ❤️😍
