Seeking advice.

Miscarried in Sept 2016. Have had a history of painful periods, so had laparoscope and hysteroscopy 4 days ago. Doctor called and said he found advanced endometriosis and a large amount of polyps in my uterus. He removed as much of everything as possible. He said to wait 3 weeks after the surgery to TTC, then I probably have 6-8 month time from before I am infertile. Seeing him mid January to go through things properly. We’re counting down the days until we can start trying, but also nervous. Anyone had any similar news and conceived successfully?
