Colposcopy biopsy

I recently went to the doctors office last week for my monthly checkup and prior to that i had a papsmere and the results came back abnormal anyways they proceeded to do a colopscopy and doctor did say it looked abnormal so he did a biopsy on my and took some tissue from my cervix a week later today im 25 weeks pregnant . they called me with the results its a low grade he said so they will start treatment after i have the baby the nurse said not too worry too much but how could i not if cervical cancer is always on the table now . Does this mean ill have to have a cesarean section or can i still give natural birth ? Has anyone went through anything similar ?
