what are the pros and cons of fenugreek? i want to up my milk supply but i’ve read good and bad things about it.... just want more opinions.

Can cause gas and can actually decrease your supply. I tried it took 5d to leave my system where my son was I longer crying due to gas pains. 
NOT WORTH IT! 
if you are looking for ways to do it I will go t the grave swearing by legendairy supplements and they’re all fenugreek free!!!

This is what it did to my breast milk I did lechita

5oz of bm when is get 2 tips from both boobs! It made it so rich I had fat plugs. Try them you will not regret it!!

I use earth mama angel baby's milkmaid tea, it helps with my supply, does not taste the best but I don't get gassy nor does my baby and not sure whether smelling like maple syrup is supposed to be a pro or a con... because I don't smell like sweat but I do smell a little like a waffle house 😄 My suggestion is to try a few things so you know what works and what doesn't! I tried tinctures, pills and now tea and it seems that teas are easier for me and my little lady! Good luck! ❤

My sister used it constantly with her two or she just didn’t have enough, she never had gas problems.

I took it and it helped my slacker boob a bit but not a big difference. I didn’t have the maple syrup smell and didn’t make baby gassy. It varies by person. Mothers milk tea didn’t help but tastes awful
