Help Please

Okay so there is this boy I like I'm (13 btw) and ive never been in a relationship. But ive liked this guy since 6th grade and I'm in 8th now, he told my friend he "maybe" likes me. But now he talks to me all of the time, I had a dance event in a parade tonight and he yelled my name and I saw him smile when I looked.

Does he like me ???
