What does this mean?!?!

Yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it came back clearly positive. About 1 or 2 hours later I went toilet, wiped and there was blood (I had cramps all day) so I stuck a tampon in. I must’ve had the tampon in for at least 5 hours and when I took it out it wasn’t fully covered like it normally would be when I start my period and it wasn’t covered in red blood but it was just brown with a little bit of red. I’ve still got slight cramps now and when I went toilet during the night there was nothing on my pad, only a little red when I wiped. What’s going on? Is this my period but just an unusual one for me? My period is also 2 days early! TIA
