Is the 12 week Nuchal Translucency Scan different than Anatomy Scan?

Would I get 2 ultrasounds done within like a month of each other? Are these different ultrasounds?

Neuchal for Down syndrome check is around 12 weeks. The anatomy scan is done between 18-20 weeks (apparently more effective closer to 20 weeks) so yes 2 separate scans

Neuchal at 12 weeks only checks some basic things like if all arms and legs are there and the size of the fluid fold behind the baby’s neck to determine risk for genetic conditions. Anatomy scan goes through everything! Looks for all fingers and toes, lungs and kidney development, brain, cord health, heart chambers, bladder, cleft palate etc etc. :)
