bleeding for 5 weeks straight?!

hey guys! so around october i got the depo shot. and i didn’t have my period that month. but i noticed i only bled during sex, and it was A LOT of blood every time i would have sex. and it really hurt. but me and my boyfriend didn’t really think anything of it because the doctor said it was normal. one day after having sex and having the bleeding, i noticed it didn’t stop. it was as heavy as a period. and 5 or 6 weeks later, still hasn’t stopped. and it’s super heavy. sometimes it’s dark blood and sometimes it’s super bright blood. and i noticed the last few days, every time i stand up i get really dizzy. and i’m having terrible head aches 😭😭
