Lose the baby weight?

When did you other moms lose the baby fat? I’m not in any rush I’m just wondering.

I literally walked out the hospital like I’d never been pregnant. 🙌🏻
It was amazing, but also very very odd to think there was a baby in there the day before!

I gained 35 (started low normal BMI). I lost all but about 10 pretty quickly (a couple months maybe... I don't own a scale so I only see my weight if I'm at a drs appt), & now at 9mo pp I recently got weighed & I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight. It may have helped that last 10lb loss that I cut out sugar completely for 6w to see if it would help my autoimmune symptoms (it didn't).

My weight gain was 100% baby. I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight within a week of giving birth.

Seriously took me like 15months pp.... then it all just sorta started falling off? I tried diets and exercise and nothing worked. My body just kinda did it on its own when I stopped obsessing over my baby weight. Everyone is different. My sisters bounced back like nothing, lucky girls.
