While pregnant: to take a bath, or not take a bath. That is the question.
I am 10 weeks 2days.
I’ve heard it’s ok to take a bath but it just can’t be too hot. I took one with an epson salt/lavender mix to help relax my muscles after a long day.
I just bought bath bombs, but now am curious if I should wait to use them as I’ve heard bubble baths and bath bombs may cause infections. I figured epson salt and lavender would be safe though. What does everyone else do?
