Pap smear, yeast infection and pregnant

So I'm 9 weeks pregnant scheduled for a Pap smear tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I'm coming down with a yeast infection. What should I do? Will it make the Pap smear abnormal? What can I use for the yeast infection?
