First time period sex

My boyfriend and I finally had sex together while I was on my period.

I asked him about it a few months ago and he said that he wasn't really comfortable with it so I said that's fine I understood.

but yesterday he told me that he wanted to do it and I kept asking him if he was sure and that he didn't have to if he didn't want to. But he said he did and we had sex. It was amazing lol. I've never felt that good while on my period, but I still felt pretty nervous about doing it cause of the blood and all so I told him not to look down and that I'd handle it and he said alright.

Honestly he probably only did it cause yesterday was my birthday and I appreciate it cause he really didn't have to do it just cause it was my birthday.
