Drs orders?

Can you Dr write an order for my employee for no outside stress during my maternity leave?

My HR department said that it wouldn’t be a bad idea to check in with my supervisor every now and then while on maternity leave . My job stresses me out and I do not want to be bothered while on leave . I’m not even sure why she would suggest that !i honestly could care less about my job so I don’t care what goes on there while I’m out . I’m not in a management position and I want them to leave me alone!
