Stomach bug a sign of pregnancy?

Has anyone else had a stomach virus and then found out they were pregnant? I’ve heard that your hormones can through everything out of wack. I took a test at approx. 10 DPO and it looked like a vvvfl. Then I woke up today approx. 11 DPO and have the worst stomach bug. I’m so weak, lost controls of my bowels and bladder when I threw up (so much TMI, sorry!), back is so sore, gagging, and coming out both ends for 12+ hours. It’s been horrible. Anyone else have this and then found out they were pregnant?

I was like this with my last child. I thought I had the flu for like 2 weeks. Was late, took a test and was pregnant.

It happened with my first pregnancy! Had the stomach flu (or whatever it was) threw up for like 12 hours and then 4 days later got a bfp haha
