Mind blown

So I’m 30 weeks pregnant my husband and I sex life has sucked since I started showing he’s just not into it.we’ve had some problem in the last year but I can’t prove he’s cheated and he will deny it all day long. Today I drove his car and I found some viagra pills in his back pack he uses for work that he doesn’t normally bring in the house. he obviously hasn’t been using them with me! what would you do? would you confront him about it or ignore it?
