Hes here ❤️ Birth Story

So my due date was December 6th and he didn’t come so we originally scheduled an induction date for today December 10th at 8pm. At my appointment my doctor told me my cervix was still thick and I was not dilated at all. Well I’m my mom told me that if I got a foot massage it could send me into labor because it’s believed to be different places in your foot that can start labor , so I decided to get my feet massaged yesterday (December 9th) right after the massage I started having contractions maybe 20-30 minutes later 😳 as I was driving home they progressed and when I got home I started timing them. The contractions were coming in my back. (Worst pain ever). At 9 pm me and my boyfriend went to the hospital due to the frequency and intensity of the contractions. I was admitted at 12 pm and got my epidural around 1 A.m. I was dilated to a 4 and the epidural helped me get some rest even though I really didn’t get any due to doctors coming in messing with me. I dilated to a 7 around 6 and stayed hat way for a few hours. Around 12 they checked me and I was completely dilated and effaced. I had my baby December 10th 2017 1:05 pm . He was born 6 pounds 8 ounces 19 inches long. I did not have to get induced hurray 😘 went into spontaneous labor on my own after being 4 days over due with no hope.
