Pregnant with no appetite

Happy Holidays first🎄😁

My husband and I found out we are having our first baby last month after 5 years of trying. We are currently 7weeks pregnant💕 With all the excitement I forgot to tell my Doc about me having little to no appetite to eat😞 I will First thing tomorrow. Just curious if anyone experienced this and what helped? I dont want anything to go wrong because I cant eat a full meal or any at all. No morning sickness yet. I was drinking soup and it worked for days but that changed too. Someone suggested baby food so Im going to try that as well. Thanks for your helpful responses 😊
