Bead weaving

Has anyone on here ever done bead weaving before, and what was your experience? Was it something that you’d gladly do again to help hone in skills, or was it so difficult that you’d rather not do it again?

I’m curious because I do my own version of bead weaving using seed beads and fishing line, and I’m wondering what it would be like to do bead weaving the regular way.
