Eat Play Sleep HELP?!

My daughter is 8 weeks old today. I've been trying to follow an eat-play-sleep method since birth and she usually does wake up after eating and has some alert time and then goes down for a nap. Lately though, she's been waking up from her naps after 15-30 minutes instead of 60-90 minutes. So when she wakes up early, am I supposed to feed her so she knows that eating is for when she wakes up? Or try to put her back to sleep so I'm not feeding her every hour? If I try to keep her awake for longer after she eats, she quickly gets overtired and then is very very unhappy and will not fall asleep. I feel like I'm doing everything wrong. I don't want to get in the habit of nursing her to sleep but sometimes that's the only way she goes back to her nap if she wakes up early. Also, she is getting plenty of hindmilk because her poops are yellow and she is meeting her diaper quota.. anyone else stressing out about this stuff?? I'm seriously freaking out all the time because I don't want to screw my daughter up. I'm a nervous wreck all day because I never know how long she'll sleep 😔
