Is it too soon?

Me and my boyfriend have been together two months, I love him to the moon and back and we get on so so well, he's like my best friend and I tell him everything. I'm a few days late starting my period and have had what I'm thinking could be morning sickness (could not be though, could be completely in my head). I am planning on taking a test obviously, but, is it too soon for us even though we're madly in love?
