had sex on birth control but still freaking out

i’ve been on birth control for a month now and i’m on my period and had sex last night raw. I use to have raw sex all the time and was never worried about the possibility of me getting pregnant but my anxiety the past couple months have gotten horrible and i’m just having such bad anxiety about the chance of me being pregnant which i know is really un likely cuz i’m on birth control. uggg why am i freaking out and having so much anxiety. i mean i’m on bc and he pulled out. someone help me chill out
