Okay so since I was in like 8th grade of middle school, I’ve basically had anxiety, but didn’t start getting treated for it until my junior year of high school, thinking that I got it well under control up to this point in my life. Well, I am now a freshmen in college (majoring in Pre-Veterinary Sciences) and stress and some more things has gotten my anxiety bad again, but not to the point of where I was at in 8th grade. My doctor wanted me to go to therapy to find some stress management skills before we had to up my medicine again (I’m now to like 150mg and she does not want me to go to 200) and so I started to, but where I’m from, all we really have is a place called Pathways and the one here, looks like prison. So I guess what I’m asking is, what are some stress management skills for a college student?

I think really hard about the future because all I’ve ever wanted in life is to become a veterinarian and make a name for myself in the county I live in. I can’t do that if fail at college. I’m completely terrified I will and that’s what stresses me the most.
