What do contractions feel like?!

I have 15 days left until I give birth, i wanna know if I’m starting to feeling contractions but I’m not sure what I’m feeling exactly is contractions. I keep getting period like cramp feeling and it comes every 4-5 times a day, this just started happening a few days back. Can someone tell me if these are contractions?!

I had cramping off and on for awhile. Contractions may feel like that at first but be accompanied with a tightening. Everyone may experience it differently. Mine then became like a knot in my pelvic area along with tightening. I found the longer I had them the more clear they came on where prior I was like I think it's starting. Not everyone will have pain in their back. I did towards the end. At that point it was like they came on in a wave. Eventually contractions become hard to breathe through and hard to find any position that's comfortable. Hope you have a speedy and easy delivery!

Contractions will spread to your back.  Period like cramping should be check on by your doctor asap.
