im at a loss

my man of 3years and i got into a fight last night. it was over petty stuff, but it has really got me thinking. to name a few things he said: "you always start a fight", "youre never happy", etc. i am super happy with him. except for the fact that he has kinda been a bitch the last 3 ish months. he claims he loves me regardless and is just waiting for me to be who i used to be(when we first got together I'm assuming) but ive obviously changed. idk what to do.
