Migraine 4 days in a row
Does anyone have ANY ways to combat a migraine without going to the hospital? I have chronic migraines and normally what I do works but ice packs, medicine, dark quiet rooms, sleep...nothing is helping. I will be going tonight if I can’t get rid of it. I just don’t want to be put on controlled substance medicine if I don’t have too. Thanks! (33 weeks pregnant btw).
