Another am I pregnant post

Okay I'm genuinely confused. I was supposed to start my period the 25th of November, and nothing has showed up. I've taken 4 tests and all have been negative. I have absolutely no signs of anything at all, besides some mild cramps here and there, but I always have them. Today I went to the restroom and found light brown discharge that was kinda watery. I have an appointment set up but the quickest I can get in Is in Early January. I just wanna ease my mind. I guess what I'm asking is, did anyone have no signs at all and this kind of discharge and turn out pregnant?
