Suffering from the flu!! :/

Anyone else suffering from the flu?? I recently got my flu vaccine but am in the midst of the full blown flu. I am so miserable. I had only thrown up once so far in my first trimester. No I’m having a hard time keep anything down. Not sure what, if anything, is safe for us to take in pregnancy. Any home remedies would be appreciated!
