New Mommy and want any advice you have?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I will be 20 when she comes. In all honesty I'm scared out of my mind. I am just wanting advice what ever you can give me. I'm breastfeeding so tips on that. And just anything no one told you that you found out. Please help a scared momma out. And anything about the delivery

Get as much sleep as possible your first kid is hard because its like a slap in the face unless you have experience. 
Eat when you can as much as you can. 
Just remember it will get better. Don’t touch the umbilical cord. No lotion or alcohol on it just let it fall of on its own it can take longer than a month. 
Hopefully your baby likes sleeping on their back but my daughter doesn’t like laying flat so i got this she sits in like a hole so she absolutely loves it

don't feel shitty if you ask for help or get frustrated. parent time outs are a thing. screw cleaning and house chores the first month or so. heal and sleep and shower that's the most important oh and eat. just nod and smile when people try and give you advice. they are gonna do it. being a young mom people are gonna have stupid ass comments I was 19 and people would ask if the father was around.. biggest thing is trust your instincts and don't feel bad to ask for help. it can be so stressful. actually not can be.. will be stressful.

it will be hard at first but don't give up... oh an make sure you have lanolin nipple cream your nipples will be sore at first.... I wasn't able to breastfeed my first because no one helped me understand how to at 17 an when I had my 2nd at 19 I searched all I could to make sure I knew what to do but hopefully you will have better luck than I did.... not sure what I plan on doing this time with #3 at 21

ask for help. remember everything is a phase and nothing lasts forever so just because your little one isnt latching well today, never sleeps well, or is being super fussy today doesn't mean next week or tomorrow will be the same. know that being a little extra emotional or a little blue is normal but being depressed is something you need to tell your doc about. you will eventually sleep again.   your friends will change.  you relationship with your mom (if you have one) will change.

It’s ok to let them cry, if your stressed or tired and if you have no one around to take the baby for a few then it’s perfectly fine to put the baby in the crib or somewhere safe and let them cry. My second son had colic and cried allllll the time it was so hard but I realized that I could only do so much and when I needed a minute or two to take a breather and collect myself then I put him somewhere safe and let him cry while I did just that. No one is perfect and every baby is different. Follow your motherly instinct, ask for help when you need it and remember.... you got this 😉

Eat, sleep, shower when baby sleeps. Don't kill your energy doing cleaning and stuff like that. You don't have to sterilize 24 7. Babies love to be swaddled if you're not holding them. Walking will help your recovery. Meet with lactation consultant as much as you'd like. Take breastfeeding classes. Breastfeeding can be hard. Some babies have trouble latching. It's okay to give your baby formula. What matters the most is that your baby is getting that or breast milk as nutrients.
