miscarriage af was due 7 dec

so af was late and arrived 10 Dec. before af arrived I was having horrible stomach pains and lower back pain. since af has started each time I pee or change a pad there is a blood cot not small always big. I have had a miscarriage before bit at 6 weeks so it felt different. I'm sure I was pregnant but it didn't catch on or I was pregnant with twins idk. but either way I think I am having a miscarriage very early. has anyone had an early miscarriage too.
