lifting heavy items..
so my bf mom has a box of clothes and toys for my daughter and and bf isn't here and she's getting ready to bring it and she asked if he was here so he can bring it up the stairs for me and I told her no and that I could get it and she said she will bring it up so I won't have to lift it I'm only 8w 3d will it hurt to carry that it's like one of the big box bins
