Won't stop "bleeding"

I think I ovulated Sunday but ever since Saturday morning I've been bleeding. Usually during ovulation you get the stringy clear discharge. Saturday I had bright red blood and then by Saturday night it was brown & ever since then it's been looking like the end of af. It's now Tuesday & I still have brown blood. It looks like old blood but during ovulation you're supposed to get that discharge not old blood. I've just been bleeding brownish blood ever since Saturday morning and now I'm starting to get concerned because if I did ovulate then this would mean that I bled before, during, and after ovulation & I know that's not right.
