Ladies hope u all are good !

I recently had my GTT test and my fasting sugar came to 5.7mml (102ml/dl) after which the test was stopped as this was high

Normal range is under 5mml

The doctor told me to go on a diet and watch what I eat and home check my sugar at intervals

She says nothing to be worried about but I'm concerned.. I have to see her next week

Also my mother dint have diabetes ever and I'm not a sugar lover

Could it be possible I had a bad wresting last week that reflected on my results

Also I'm monitoring my sugar and it's well in range since three days

Please help
