Hair disaster please please help me

Hey ladies

Im in a bit of a frenzy !

I just got my hair done yesterday and I wanted a light brown balayage. My hairstylist suggested that instead of bleaching we use magma 89+ to lift the colour and lighten the hair without damage. Well she did a great job with it but it came out awfully orange looking because my hair is naturally a level 4/5 and we managed to bring it to a 9 but it was very light orange.

I detest orange hair on me so I was very disheartened and absolutely forgot to request for a toning service.

She then suggested that we apply the wella koleston perfect mixing 88/0 and the shade 8/7 ( if I do recall correctly) to bring back some ashy brown tones into my hair.

It made a huge difference and I was happier than before. But my hair still has so much brassiness and yellowness to it and I just feel so very ugly right now.

I bought a purple shampoo and conditioner but I am wondering if that will make any difference at all.

Please do give me some advise.
