Breakfast for 8 month?

My son is very picky! I don't know what to give him for breakfast. 
He hates eggs in every way. I'm out of ideas. What do you give your 8 month old?

My son is the same way with eggs. He tries them every time though, bless his heart lol. 
Breakfast is usually waffles with peanut butter at our house. Sometimes I get fancy and make an extravagant breakfast but who has time for that everyday? Lol. I’ve also done fruit and mini wheats soaked in breastmilk (to help them get mushy) and he likes those.

We do fruit purées, I give pieces of fruit to eat herself as well like banana, watermelon, raspberries. I mix fruit purée in with plain yogurt as well. She has rice cereal. Toast with butter or peanut butter. I also make banana pancakes by mixing one egg with one mashed banana.

We mix baby oatmeal with a fruit purée and spoonful of whole milk plain yogurt (all mixed together) and he eats it up like crazy 😆

I see all these moms giving a their 8 month olds food food I have only tried eggs so far, bananas she puked back up and sweet potatoes she puked up!! She was born with a condition that could effect what she eats so I'm afraid of giving her anything else!

Trader Joe’s sells silver dollar pancakes in the frozen food section. I cut 2 of those into strips with berries and yogurt. She’s an eating machine 😂

Rice cereal for breakfast. A banana after afternoon nap. Mashed potatoes as dinner. The last two can change order but breakfast stay same. I also give her Chicken at times. And alternatively sooji kheer.
