so i recently found out my husband & i are expecting. waiting til im 8 weeks for my first drs. appointment. i was wondering when i should start taking my prenatal vitamins? now or wait til i go to the dr.

I would take them now! Usually (from what I know) you take them before, during and after pregnancy if you breastfeed.

I started taking them Sept 4 and I didn't get my BFP til end of November. I'd start taking them tonight.

Start right now. I started taking them a year before trying to conceive. When I went for my first appointment they told me to make sure I was taking a prenatal with DHA or at least a separate DHA supplement.

I took mine as soon as I found out I was pregnant. You can take them whenever you feel. Before or after.
