Tingling in upper lip and face?

Kathy

I'm 38+5, and I've got a nasty bug (vomiting, diahrea, etc), and I went to hospital where they gave me an IV because I was severely dehydrated. I was pumped with 2L of water with nutrients and gravol. I woke up from a nap not too long ago and theres a tingling in my upper lip and left cheek, and a little to the right cheek. My blood pressure has been good my entire pregnancy (even today). And now I've noticed it kinda comes and goes. I know that if your blood pressure is high it can be a bad sign that can be fatal to me and baby, but as I said, blood pressure is great so that wont be it. I did wake up pretty warm and I may have been sleeping a little funny. Any ideas as to what it could be?
