I’m freaking out ‼️‼️‼️

Ok so Aunt Flo was supposed to arrive on the 8th and sis still isn’t here 😩 I’m usually NEVER LATE and I’m trying to keep calm but with everything going on in my life right now it’s Super hard. I am already a mom of two and another kid is so not on my list. I know all the other things that may cause a late period but seriously SIX days this has never happened to me before. Four days have been my max of being late. And yes I took two pregnancy test and both were negative. Anyone know what I can do to help bring her down ?????
