Heartburn Relief??

Question

I’ve had heartburn for the past 7 hours. It’s not easing up at all. My fiancé told me he always drinks milk (which i know now, mistake). I drank a glass of milk, puked my brains out. I was hoping that puking would help, but nope! heartburn is still just as bad. 
Any home remedies? I don’t have pickle juice, I’ve heard that helps. Anything! Please!

One tsp baking soda in 8 oz water.

Try chewing gum, it's one of the 3 things I do to deal with heartburn.   I start with gum, if it doesn't die down, I take Gaviscon, and if that doesn't resolve it, I take Zantac (Dr recommended at 150ng 2x per day).   Good luck!

I’ve had it for going on two days straight. I did drink pickle juice and eat a pickle and that helped most.
Also had a chewy Rolaid and a regular Tums.
