So this happened today

So this happened today!! Which is weird b/c I took a test as soon as I realized I was late back in November. That test said not pregnant. So I definitely have lots of questions. As any other moms experienced this?? My last menstrual was on October 11, so I’m trying to estimate how far along I am. I’m so having worries b/c I miscarried back in May.
