Side sleeping help
This is random, but anyone have tips on sleeping on your side? I know it should be easy to do but I go to bed on my side, using a big body pillow and an extra pillow behind my back to try to make myself stay on my side but somehow still end up waking up on my back! One of my doctors told me a while ago it was ok if I woke up on my back but I mentioned it to another doctor today at my 36 week appt and she seemed really concerned I still wake up on my back. I know there's a recent study that says back sleeping can cause higher risk of stillbirth. But not sure what to do!
