Am I just being a bitch?
I'm tired of seeing all these women hating their bodies, pre and post pregnancy, but they don't do a darn thing to change it. bad diet, no exercise, and then they wonder why their body hasn't snapped back the way they want it to. You need the physical activity and a good diet to achieve your goals! it's hard but get out there and try! you're going to make yourself miserable sitting there hating your body and not trying to change it. (I realize not everyone does this, but alot of people do)
