Baby aspirin?

My OB suggested I start taking a baby aspirin daily to help avoid preterm labor. I gave birth to my first at 37 weeks due to high blood pressure. Is anyone else taking this?

My doctor told me to take it because I was severly preeclamptic with my first.

81 mgs a day because my systolic blood pressure jumped twice at 12 weeks and 20 weeks. I'll be on them until 36 weeks.

yep 81mg every day. I did the exact same thing.  my son was born at 37 weeks, induced for very high blood pressure and headache.
