worried.

so last night me and my hubby had sex. it was kind of rough and when it hurt we took it easy. after sex I started bleeding bright red blood and had a small clot. it lightened up through the night. I'm still bleeding today and I'm still worried. I go to the doctor today for my regular scheduled appt. hoping it's just from rough sex and nothing serious. this is my 4th pregnancy 2 miscarriages and 1 healthy little boy who's a year old. I'm 10 weeks 1 day. can someone give me.some positive feedback
