Period like cramps before BFP?

Did any of you wonderful ladies experience period like cramps before you got your BFP. I'm currently 12dpo, af due 12/17 (trying to wait to see if af shows before I test). I feel like she might be coming, but also feel very different this month. Curious to know who thought af was coming but it was early pregnancy instead. Comments or stories? Thank you ladies! And baby dust to all ttc right now.

I had period like cramps. However, I’m the first to admit that every single month when we were trying I had convinced myself that those period cramps were “different” than my usual ones. It is a well known psychology thing. You’ll convince yourself that when you do get your BFP that you just “knew” and you’ll forget all the times you just “knew” and we’re wrong. LOL.

Oh yes. The night before AF was due to start I was cramping like ahe was coming. Enough that I put a pad on just in case. I had a test on hand and I usually test the day of just out of habit. Really wasn't expecting anything, I'm just addicted to peeing on sticks. I was shocked when it was positive before the urine even hit the control line. I actually kept a pad on for the whole day just in case I was losing my mind.

Omg YES YES YES! When i tell you i knew my period was coming but felt different as if it wasn’t i just knew something was up. When i have period cramps , i start my period either the very next morning or that same day so i just knew something was different. I’m irregular but came on my period last month on the 13th so it was the 12th and i was all yeah I’m about to start but why the heck haven’t i started already ? Like it felt super weird lol so i told my boyfriend he suggested i waited till the next day to see if i got my period before i took a test but i told him i feel different this is weird i swear something’s up .. my boobs weren’t sore at all and my boobs ALWAYS hurt when I’m about to start like ALWAYS so that was another sign , i weighed myself and notice i gained 6 pounds so i just had to test that day, And girl those two lines appeared so dang quick i didn’t know what to do 😭😭💛 period cramps but no period is a big big sign . I say test girly , goodluck! ☺️❤️ ( sorry it’s so long ) lol 😩
