I get them in my actual anus and it was dependent on my intestines not my period. Wait it out and drink some apple juice. If you don’t have a bowel movement soon to release tension go to the Dr.

there's a ligament from your uterus to your sacrum that must get irritated with your periods... not sure how to fix that... I take aleve and lay on a hot pack, I wonder if you could sit on one?
