Help please!

According to my bbt, I ovulated on the 11th. Yesterday and today I have had horrible sore breast (mostly sore and aching on the sides by my underarms) and lower back pains like no other! I also had some brown spotting once today, have not had anymore since that one time around lunch time. Does anyone know what this could be from? Early period signs, ovulation, or something else?

****UPDATE****

Still having lower abdomen aches along with the off and on backaches. I should be 4 dpo now. I woke up this morning just knowing AF had came way too early only to go to the restroom and be clear as day. Has anyone had these symptoms before? So confused 😩
