Change in period

Ok so I’ve been off the pill for about a year and a half now. My periods have always been heavy and filled with cramps. They go for about 7 days.

This month, my period came and devastation hit. However, it’s not the same.

I started AF on Monday. No warning signs just straight out there.

Tuesday it was heavier. Normally I have cramps so bad I’m curled in a ball but still nothing.

Wednesday started to recede. No cramps

Thursday light barely there.

Friday its gone and cramps have started but nothing severe.

Also I’ve craved no food at all. I stocked up on all the usual suspects and I’ve eaten none of them.

Has anyone had this kind of drastic change before?

I should mention it also didn’t get anywhere near the normal

Heaviness I usually get. I normally go through 3 tampons a day at peak time. I’ve not used more than 1 and I’ve not bled at all through the night, I normally bleed enough to fill 2 pads. (I’m a heavy flow girl, totally healthy)

Any ideas or stories would be great if this has happened to you!!!
